In person - my location is Cambridge MA, and I conduct client meetings and 1/2 day and full-day sessions (without additional travel days) in the following areas: Boston, Providence and throughout So. New England (and in some cases NYC and Washington DC). Client meetings and workshops requiring additional travel days are generally scheduled 2 weeks in advance of desired session date.

Online portal - my client Web portal, customized and password protected for each client, provides a simple, user-friendly interface for communication, scheduling, collaboration and sharing with individuals and teams anywhere in the world. The only technical requirement is that clients have an updated version of Internet Explorer or Firefox. Additional benefits to clients include reduced email and voicemail clutter and confusion.

Phone - my ability to work with clients by telephone and tele-conference is effective (in combination with my online system) and saves time and money. Generally, I limit calls to 1 hour, and a maximum 6 participants. My availability is limited only by the EST time zone, but I have flexibility to work with clients in other zones.
